We’re looking for an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join Penske Logistics as a Flex Driver.
Key Compensation & Travel- Average annual salary: $100,000 (USD) (subject to experience and location)
- Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
- Travel required, up to 100%
- Travel regionally to multiple locations as required.
- Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
- Use scanner to document unloaded and delivered products.
- Dispatch times vary by assignment.
- Drivers will travel to the assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.
- Late‑model, Penske‑maintained trucks.

Qualifications- Valid Class A CDL (U.S. license, resident in the state of issuance).
- Non‑exception DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
- At least 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience (or 2 years in the last 5 years).
- No more than 2 moving violations or accidents on your DMV/MVR record.
- English language proficiency (required by federal regulations).
- Ability to work the required schedule and locations.
- Complete the Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.
- Maintain a state of alertness and safe operation in a safety‑sensitive environment.
- Must be able to see and hear, including required visual abilities.
- Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs/23 kg) and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
- Legal operation of motor vehicle and frequent entry/exit of the drive unit.
