Flex Truck Driver - Class A

We’re looking for an experienced Class A CDL Truck Driver to join Penske Logistics as a Flex Driver.

• Average annual salary: $100,000 (USD) (subject to experience and location)
• Driver referral bonus program up to $5,000 per referral
• Travel required, up to 100%

• Travel regionally to multiple locations as required.
• Perform multi‑stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships.
• Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages.
• Use scanner to document unloaded and delivered products.

• Dispatch times vary by assignment.
• Drivers will travel to the assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment.

• Valid Class A CDL (U.S. license, resident in the state of issuance).
• Non‑exception DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.
• At least 1 year of tractor‑trailer experience (or 2 years in the last 5 years).
• No more than 2 moving violations or accidents on your DMV/MVR record.
• English language proficiency (required by federal regulations).
• Ability to work the required schedule and locations.
• Complete the Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.
• Maintain a state of alertness and safe operation in a safety‑sensitive environment.

• Must be able to see and hear, including required visual abilities.
• Frequent standing, walking, lifting (up to 50 lbs/23 kg) and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs/45 kg.
• Legal operation of motor vehicle and frequent entry/exit of the drive unit.
