We're looking for an experienced leader to own and elevate our air import operations. This role oversees day-to-day import activity while driving efficiency, profitability and service excellence across the team.

• Lead end-to-end air import operations from booking through to final delivery
• Drive process improvements to hit performance targets and business goals
• Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team
• Oversee carrier, agent and trucking negotiations to optimize costs and margins
• Partner closely with sales and key customers to deliver an outstanding experience
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs regulations, internal KPIs, and quality standards
• Take the lead on major RFQs, pricing, reporting, and timely billing

• 10+ years of experience in air freight forwarding or international logistics
• Strong knowledge of air import operations, incoterms, and U.S. Customs
• Proven leadership skills with a hands‑on, results‑driven mindset
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving abilities
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced environment

Must be authorised to work in the US & some travel may be required.
