Warehouse Specialist

统筹退货货品接收、实物清点、信息核对工作，准确完成系统数据录入；及时识别、上报并跟进各类退货异常问题，完整留存单据记录，实现全链路退货流程可追溯。

组织完成故障退回商品检测、维修、翻新作业；建立并规范更新维修台账，做到维修信息清晰可查；统筹仓内维修工具、备件出入库、盘点与保管，保障维修物料充足、工具完好可用。

统一管理翻新后合格商品的打包、二次复核、出库发货全环节；同步更新系统库存数据，对接物流对接人同步发货信息，确保发货数据、实物、物流信息三方一致。

负责维修仓库整体库区规划、区域划分、5S 现场管理；统筹临时工排班、岗前实操培训、日常工作分配与过程监督，梳理作业流程，持续优化仓内整体作业效率。

• 1. 学历不限，1 年及以上电商售后仓、维修仓、退换货仓库管理相关经验，有临时工管理经验优先；
• 2. 熟悉退货收货、货品检测维修、翻新打包发货完整仓配流程，能独立操作仓储管理系统，具备异常处理能力；
• 3. 具备库区规划、人员排班管理能力，擅长一线员工培训、现场监督，能够落地流程优化、提升作业效率；
• 4. 细心严谨，台账、报表数据处理能力强，逻辑清晰，具备良好跨部门沟通对接能力；
