Functional Consultant – HCM, Security, Workday Success Plans

Responsibilities

• Confidently and consistently provide excellent customer service
• Engage customers to quickly understand business requirements
• Develop and demonstrate system configuration solutions, articulating product capabilities, plus the benefits and risks of design decisions
• Support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects
• Clearly and effectively communicate responses and value to customers

• 5+ years of Human Capital Management software and consulting experience on medium or large enterprise HRIS projects, or applicable practitioner deployment experience
• 5+ years of experience with the following product areas: HCM and Security
• 3+ years of Workday Consulting experience or experience as a Workday SME
• Certified or ability to certify in Workday HCM Products and to effectively deploy the solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with global implementations is preferred

Demonstrates extensive experience in Human Capital Management software, particularly with Workday, and excels in delivering customer-focused solutions through effective communication and system configuration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and engage with clients to understand their business needs.
