Accounting Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Develop and implement accounting policies, procedures, and support the organization's financial goals
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, reports, and analysis for internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls to mitigate financial risks
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve departmental goals
• Support internal and external audits, coordinating with auditors, and addressing any audit findings or recommendations
• Communicate financial information effectively to executives, partners, and other stakeholders to support decision-making and transparency
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or finance or accounting degree
• 5-10 years of previous work experience
• Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to work overtime when required
• Experience in a related industry (restaurant, franchise, national chains)
• Demonstrated strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demanding deadlines
• Excellent problem-solving skills and self-motivated learning abilities
• Experience with MS Office 365/ Teams, Google, Dropbox, Zoom
