Position Overview

Sky Zone Crew Members are part-time associates that work across multiple departments while building essential workforce skills including customer service, safety management, effective communication, and more. If you enjoy a fun and dynamic environment where play is your profession, apply to be considered for these part-time opportunities:
Court Monitor (Safety Crew), Café Associate, Party Host, Front Desk, Membership Sales. An application is required to be considered, though candidates may not have prior work experience.

• Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues.
• Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience.
• Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment.

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Comfortable engaging with large groups of people.
• Able to work a flexible schedule during park operational hours, including normal business hours, evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Previous experience in a high volume, customer-facing role is ideal but not required.
• Customer service or sales experience is a bonus.
• Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods.
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.

• Remain stationary and move around the park for long periods to accommodate guest, park, and safety needs.
• Lift and/or move a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Communicate and interact with employees and customers in a busy and often loud indoor environment.

Compensation ranges from 12-14/hr based on qualifications and experience.
