Qualifications
- Education:
Bachelor's or Licentiate degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Chemical, Physics Engineering, or related field - Experience:
0–2 years in a related manufacturing or engineering role - Language:
Intermediate technical English - Certifications (Preferred):
Lean, Green Belt - Standards Knowledge (Preferred): ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820
- Supervise and mentor manufacturing technicians
- Provide daily production support and resolve minor issues
- Assist in documenting IQ/OQ/PQ processes
- Support audits, CAPA, SCAR, NCMR, and pFMEA activities
- Participate in root cause analysis (Ishikawa, 5 Whys)
- Perform tasks as assigned by management
- Manufacturing processes: injection molding, assembly, welding, etc.
- Engineering drawing interpretation (GD&T, tolerances)
- Lean tools: 5S, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke
- Documentation: BOMs, SOPs, ECNs
- Experience with component design for plastic injection molding, metal forming/stamping, and electromechanical devices
