Director of Finance

Director of Finance Private Equity–Backed Healthcare Services Company We are partnering with a high-growth, private equity–backed healthcare services organization seeking a Director of Finance to lead Operational Finance and Corporate FP&A. This role will work closely with senior leadership to drive financial strategy, performance management, and long-term planning across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for a strategic, analytical finance leader with a background in private equity, investment banking, or consulting who enjoys building processes, improving KPIs, and influencing business decisions.

Key Responsibilities Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning Drive monthly operating reviews and performance analysis Partner with operational leaders to provide data-driven insights and decision support Build financial models for strategic initiatives and investments Prepare board-level presentations and executive reporting Mentor and develop members of the finance team Support financial systems and process improvements Qualifications 8–10+ years of finance experience Strong FP&A and financial modeling experience Experience in corporate FP&A Advanced Excel skills required;

experience with Power BI, SQL, or financial planning systems is a plus This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in fast-paced, high-growth environments and partnering with leadership to drive business performance.
