• Provide exceptional leadership and guest service.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Desire to lead and assist a salon manager.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Tech‑savvy with administrative skills, including closing out the system at day’s end.
• Basic reading, writing, and math proficiency.

• Good eyesight for detailed hair work.
• Ability to remain active: standing, lifting, and reaching. Comfortable lifting 10–25 lbs.
• Tolerance for fragrances and chemicals used in treatments.

• Up to 50% service commissions from Day 1.
• $40/hour + tips (includes all forms of compensation).
