We are seeking an experienced ALS Consultant – Senior Lead with deep expertise in Systematics ALS-SM and ALS-AE. This role requires 10+ years of functional and technical experience, strong business analysis capabilities, and proven leadership in guiding clients, teams, and complex projects.

• Provide expert-level support for ALS-SM and ALS-AE.
• Perform business analysis across core lending functions:
• New account setup
• Payment processing
• Accruals
• Billing
• Delinquency
• General ledger
• Configure Systematics applications and set up new products.
• Lead and execute multiple conversions (5+), including mapping and validation.
• Create BRDs, functional specifications, and solution documentation based on client input.
• Lead and mentor Business Analysts; provide SME guidance to clients.
• Build test plans, perform testing, and support UAT.
• Work directly with clients in requirements, workshops, and solution design.
• Utilize Agile methodology and JIRA for sprint planning and story grooming.

• 10+ years of expertise in Systematics ALS-SM and ALS-AE.
• Strong business analysis skills across lending and servicing functions.
• Proven experience leading BA teams and guiding clients as an SME.
• 5+ successful Systematics conversion projects with mapping experience.
• Strong BRD writing, requirement gathering, and workflow design capabilities.
• Solid understanding of GL, billing, accruals, delinquency, and payments.
• Hands‑on experience in test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Prior client-facing consulting roles.
• Agile experience with JIRA.

The hourly salary for this position is between $[132,] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
