A growing regional restoration organization is seeking a General Manager-level leader who will operate in a hybrid capacity—leading market operations while directly managing large-loss projects in the field.

This is a hands‑on leadership role designed for an experienced operator capable of driving both strategic oversight and execution

• Lead regional operations while actively managing large commercial losses
• Serve as the senior point of contact for high‑value projects
• Establish and enforce operational processes, KPIs, and performance standards
