Community Healthcore is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Rapid Crisis Stabilization Unit (RCSU) in Texas. The RN will provide direct and indirect nursing care, following nursing process to plan, implement, and document patient care, while ensuring safety for patients, staff and visitors.
Graduation from an accredited nursing program and Texas RN licensure are required, along with current CPR certification and a valid driver's license. 1 year of nursing/mental health experience is preferred.
