The Quality Engineer (Transfers) is responsible for ensuring quality compliance during product, process, or manufacturing site transfers. This role supports the successful transfer of products between locations by validating processes, documentation, and controls to meet internal, customer, and regulatory requirements.
- Supporting transfer plans
- Reviewing and approving quality documentation
- Performing risk assessments
- Participating in process validations
- Collaborating cross‑functionally with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Regulatory teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, resolve issues, and ensure seamless implementation
- Supporting change management activities, inspections, and audits related to transfers
- Driving continuous improvement and maintaining compliance with applicable quality systems and standards
