What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction and upsell services based on their needs
  • Make outbound calls to potential business customers to present communication packages
  • Provide high-level customer service by accurately entering customer data into the Sales Force system
  • Utilize product knowledge to assist customers with inquiries and demonstrate the benefits of switching services
  • Problem-solve and provide solutions to encourage customer commitment
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Proactive approach to customer engagement and sales
  • Previous outbound telemarketing experience in a call center is preferred
  • Ability to engage customers and drive conversations towards closing sales
  • Three to six months of related experience and/or training
  • Associate's degree or higher is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in a similar sales role or customer service environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Sales Force or similar CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work well in a team‑oriented setting
