Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives to target and acquire customers within the pulp and paper industry. Work as a direct sales responsible and cultivate strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to reach sales targets. Conduct thorough market research to identify business opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and competitive activities. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver top‑notch technical support and customized solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Provide regular sales activity reports and bring market insights and customer feedback to product and R&D teams to refine industry‑specific concepts.
- Extensive background and proven experience in the pulp and paper industry.
- Strong sales mindset and capability to work with customers on many levels.
- Seasoned in working within a matrix organization, adaptable and capable of excelling in an independent sales role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory, with occasional support to other areas as required.
- Valid driver’s license.
