Responsibilities
- Proactively cultivate and strengthen relationships with a designated portfolio of existing agents
- Act as the liaison between agents and internal teams to resolve issues
- Guide and manage agents to achieve sales quotas and business objectives
- Execute daily outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
- Drive new agency onboarding by leading training sessions
- Partner with field Territory Managers and National Accounts teams to align strategies
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales capacity
- Working knowledge of Salesforce or other CRM
- Proficiency in both oral and written communication skills
- Bilingual (English-Spanish) preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
Demonstrates strong relationship management and communication skills to effectively engage with agents and internal teams. Proficient in driving sales performance and onboarding processes while utilizing CRM tools to enhance operational efficiency.
