Greet guests and complete established check-in procedures for arriving guests using manual and computerized methods;
Facilitate guest departure (check-out) and close guest accounts following procedures;
Calculate and post monies, receipts, and guest accounts with accurate cash handling;
Answer inquiries and accept reservations in person and by telephone, communicating rates and information;
Operate PBX equipment, schedule wake-up calls, and page guests to provide timely service
