Process reservations for Beau Rivage Hosts, Marketing Executives, Executive Hosts, Casino Hosts and Marketing Hosts; and Branch Office Executives;
Maintain reservation queues/forms/requests;
Answer incoming calls and emails in a timely and professional manner;
Process Credit Card transactions in accordance with PCI regulations
