Position Overview

The Estimator/Project Manager is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for assigned projects, while also overseeing project execution from initiation through completion. In this role, you will plan, monitor, and control all aspects of project performance to ensure safe, high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

• Develop detailed and competitive project estimates based on plans, specifications, and scope requirements
• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource coordination
• Monitor project progress to ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and contract requirements
• Manage project performance, cost controls, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes
• Coordinate with field teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution

This role consists of approximately 70% office-based work and 30% fieldwork. The ideal candidate is comfortable balancing estimating, administrative, and planning responsibilities with on-site visits to ensure project alignment, quality control, and safety compliance.

• 3-6 years of experience in estimating and/or project management
• Marine construction experience strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred

• Successful completion of a post-offer drug screen and background check
• Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory motor vehicle record
• Ability to travel as required
