Senior Building Inspector – Atlantic City
Part‑time position within the Licensing and Inspections department.
Responsibilities- Inspect new and existing buildings and structures to ensure compliance with the State Uniform Construction Code.
- Enforce the code to protect public safety, health, and welfare.
- Perform related inspection duties as directed by the Construction Official.
- Valid Building Inspector’s License of the appropriate class issued by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license in New Jersey.
$60,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year.
