Security Officer Part Time Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.;
Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor access, and verify identification and/or guest authorizations in accordance with property guidelines.;
Answer phones, receive and relay information, and document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner.;
Support resident and guest inquiries, help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence, and coordinate with property management and/or emergency services when needed.
