Temporary Cashier

We are looking for a temporary cashier to support our Payment Center operations in Atlantic City. This customer-facing role is responsible for processing gas payments and ensuring a positive, professional experience for all customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and able to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

This is a five days onsite role.

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM EST (40 hours/week)

Key Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous cashier, teller, or payment-processing experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in a customer-facing environment, Monday–Friday.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer gas payments via cash, check, and credit card.
• Accurately balance daily transactions and maintain proper records.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service at the payment counter.
• Answer basic customer inquiries and direct them to the appropriate department if needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and cash-handling protocols.
• Support the Payment Center team with additional administrative or clerical tasks as assigned.
