Overview:

Atlanti Care is actively seeking a highly qualified, Board-Certified Maternal Fetal Medicine (MFM) Physician to join our esteemed perinatal team in Atlantic City, New Jersey. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to provide comprehensive high-risk obstetric and fetal care in a modern, supportive environment at two premier facilities—Pomona and Atlantic City. Candidates must be committed to delivering exceptional patient-centered care, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and advancing their professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient maternal fetal medicine services across two locations—Pomona and Atlantic City—rotating seamlessly between sites.

Deliver inpatient consultative care at Atlanti Care Regional Medical Center for Childbirth in Pomona, including high-risk obstetric and fetal assessments.

Collaborate closely with obstetricians, neonatologists, and obstetrics/gynecology clinics to manage complex pregnancies effectively.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule, including nights and weekends, to ensure continuous high-risk obstetric care.

Support remote patient monitoring initiatives for patients with diabetes and hypotension to enhance ongoing management.

Utilize Cerner EMR and GE Viewpoint ultrasound reporting systems for documentation and fetal imaging.

Assist in the management of patients within a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), featuring 22 beds, as well as labor and postpartum units.

Inpatient Services:

Conduct high-risk prenatal evaluations and fetal assessments in a well-equipped facility with 9 labor and delivery beds and 25 private postpartum rooms.

Provide expert consultation services to obstetric generalists and neonatologists to optimize maternal and neonatal outcomes.

Engage in multidisciplinary care within a state-of-the-art, Level III NICU setting.

Outpatient Services:

Outpatient clinics located in Pomona and Atlantic City, staffed by a dedicated team including practice managers, registered nurses, and perinatal sonographers.

Support a collaborative environment focused on high-quality patient care and professional development.

Qualifications:

Board Certification in Maternal Fetal Medicine

NJ Medical License or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey

Controlled Substances Registration (CSR/CDS) and DEA certification

Demonstrated excellence in high-risk obstetric care

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team

Commitment to providing equitable, patient-centered care

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive annual salary of $650,000, complemented by a performance-based incentive bonus up to $25,000

Generous paid time off: 224 PTO hours plus 40 hours of NJ sick leave

Five paid CME days annually, with a $4,500 allowance for CME, dues, and professional expenses

Up to $10,000 relocation reimbursement
