Prepares and finishes cakes, cookies, doughs, breads, mixes and any other items produced in the Pastry Shop according to house specifications and recipes;
Checks production schedule to determine variety and quantity needed;
Maintains a high level of quality in baking and consistency;
Decorates and finishes all cakes, pastry according to specifications;
Reports all violations and malfunctioning equipment to the Assistant Pastry Chef
