Equipment Integrity Engineer
We're looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Equipment Integrity Engineer to join our team in Atlantic City, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, safety, and optimal performance of critical equipment across our operations. You will apply your technical expertise to identify potential failures, develop preventive maintenance strategies, and drive continuous improvement in equipment performance and asset management.
Responsibilities include managing equipment and technology life cycles, supervising the functioning of complicated equipment, solving difficult problems, participating in new product design and implementation, conducting stress testing, identifying and producing effective solutions to emerging problems, ensuring operational equipment preventive maintenance, ensuring the availability and safety of all relevant operations equipment, ordering necessary equipment and materials, researching and consulting top management about the purchase of very expensive/specific equipment, cooperating with internal and external parties, supporting the Equipment Unit globally, providing technical training for equipment specialists, completing required technical and regulatory documents, managing the work of junior engineers or technicians, ensuring projects are completed in time and within the specified budget, coordinating with other departments for operational and implementation tasks, and performing other duties as asked by the direct manager.
Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in a related engineering field or equivalent relevant work experience, minimum 3-5 years equivalent engineering experience, ability to solve technical and engineering problems, familiarity with 2D or 3D engineering design and manufacturing tools, advanced computer competence and knowledge of MS Office products and engineering tools, up-to-date knowledge and technical skills required to design and operate our core equipment, ability to communicate technical knowledge in a clear and understandable manner, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent planning, organizational skills & attention to detail, strong work ethic, pro-active, self-starter, and must be presentable, willing to travel and work outside of normal office hours.
