As Chief Engineer at Marriott, you will lead all hotel engineering, maintenance, and asset management operations to ensure a safe, efficient, and guest-ready property. Overseeing building systems, preventative maintenance, and capital projects, you will manage a multidisciplinary engineering team, contractors, and vendors. You will drive compliance with safety, environmental, and brand standards while optimizing energy use and equipment performance. Partnering closely with Operations and Leadership, you'll protect assets, minimize downtime, and elevate the guest experience in line with Marriott's people-first, service-oriented culture.
