Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

The Player Development Database Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Player Development (PD) department by managing, analyzing, and reporting on VIP related data. This position is responsible for pulling accurate and timely reports from the database, supporting PD programs with data driven insights, and ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the VIP database. The role supports VIP events, host performance, telemarketing efforts, and overall VIP business growth.

It works closely with PD leadership, hosts, marketing and other departments to analyze player trends, evaluate program performance, troubleshoot player offer issues. Additionally, the role provides reporting that drives informed decision-making, enhances player engagement strategies, and promotes operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
  • Serves as the primary liaison between PD and the Corporate Database team
  • Manage, maintain and analyze VIP related data to support Player Development initiatives
  • Pull accurate and timely reports from the database to support PD leadership, hosts and VIP programming
  • Develop, analyze and report on post-forma results for VIP events and programming, including profitability, reinvestment and performance metrics.
  • Assist in the development and analysis of VIP event matrices, including qualification criteria and offer structures
  • Analyze PD books of business and player trends to identify VIP growth, declines and opportunities for targeted outreach and telemarketing strategies
  • Develop and distribute monthly reporting to support the evaluation of player performance related to tier upgrades
  • Track, analyze and report on tier retention, migration and player lifecycle trends across tier programs
  • Support host goal creation, tracking and performance reporting
  • Analyze event response rates, attendance and no-show trends of VIP programs to evaluate effectiveness, optimize overbooking and provide recommended improvements for future events
  • Troubleshoot and resolve player offer issues, including incorrect, missing or misapplied offers and coordinating corrections with source systems
  • Perform database queries and ad hoc analysis to support Player Development
  • Collect, validate and present data to support cross-functional initiatives and decision-making
  • Investigate and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues related to VIP player offers
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of PD data while adhering to internal controls and regulatory requirements
