Surveillance Officer- On Call; Harrah's Atlantic

Responsibilities

• Understands and responds to internal guests’ needs. Communicates in a friendly, respectful and understandable manner. Politely provides consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answers when unsure. Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests. Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by the receiver of service or goods. Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments.
  
  Speaks positively about the company, co-workers and guests.

• In accordance with N.J.A.C. 19:45 1.11(c)(2), any individual employed in this position must sign an acknowledgement of these regulatory requirements prior to being employed in the Surveillance Department.
• Maintains surveillance on designated areas and activities. Records any irregular activity as required. Participates in the supervision, operation and/or support of Harrah’s multi-casino Bad Beat system.

• A knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures and administration.
• Must know the camera equipment and those methods of operation and recording as required.
• Must have knowledge of games cheating methods and related illegal activities.
• $20.00 per hour
• Nj Cer License Required
