Our dealers come from all kinds of backgrounds. You don't need casino experience. You need reliability, professionalism, and comfort on camera.
Strong fits include people with experience in:
- Restaurants, bars, and hospitality

- Casino or gaming (a plus, not a requirement)
- $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)
- Starting at $7/hr base + $10/hr guaranteed tip rate = $17/hr total
- After 3 months: base increases to $8/hr + $10/hr tips = $18/hr guaranteed

No casino or table games experience required. We will train you.
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be able to obtain a NJ Gaming License
- Customer service or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable being on camera
- Reliable and professional
- Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
- Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
- Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
- Able to work assigned shifts including evenings, weekends, or overnights depending on schedule
- Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
