Ocean Casino Resort is seeking an Ocean Rewards Representative to warmly greet guests and register their information for the Players Club. You will explain loyalty programs, enroll customers, and highlight rewards while coordinating with staff on promotions and events.
Responsibilities include assisting at special events, helping with show entry, and maintaining a high standard of guest service in a fast-paced casino environment.
