Slot Technician

Responsibilities:

Evaluates machines which fail to hold approved percentages for evidence of cheating or mechanical malfunctions.

Coordinates with other slot technicians on shift to ensure maximum performance of all technicians.

Moves and sets on bases upright slot machines with assistance from another technician.

Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills by displaying outlined service behaviors.

Maintains an upbeat and positive attitude, creates positive energy with gestures and sustains enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.

Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates guests' wins.

Is ready to serve and is informed of daily information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.

Anticipates needs and provides fast, flawless service.

Checks for satisfaction and effectively resolves service breakdowns when they exist.

Promotes Rewards programs and card membership.

Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Other duties as assigned.

Work Environment:

Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Target Salary Range:

$24.00 Hourly

Knowledge of casino rules and regulations pertaining to the Slot Technicians position. Formal training in the repair of electro-mechanical and electronic slot machines preferred.
