Evolution is hiring On Camera Game Hosts for our Atlantic City studio. You will host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera while online players join from around the state. You will work inside a modern broadcast studio, follow simple game procedures, and create an entertaining experience for players. No casino experience? No hosting experience? No problem. We provide paid training and teach you everything you need to know.

• $17–$18/hr guaranteed starting pay (base + tips)

• Host live Blackjack, Roulette, and Baccarat games on camera
• Welcome and engage online players in a friendly and professional way
• Follow game procedures and on screen instructions accurately
• Keep each game moving smoothly and confidently
• Bring energy, focus, and personality to every shift
• Complete paid training through Evolution Academy before hosting live games

You will not handle cash or work directly with customers in person.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, customer service, entertainment, or other public facing roles is helpful, but not required.

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a New Jersey gaming license
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Able to remain seated or standing during assigned games
• Able to work the assigned full time or part time schedule (will be discussed during the interview process)

Essential Game Presenter and Game Show Host Physical Functions:

• Comfortable working on camera under professional studio lighting
• Comfortable sitting or standing for the duration of the shift based on game assignment
• Able to follow game procedures and studio standards
• Able to work assigned full-time shifts including evenings and weekends
• Must be able to obtain and maintain required gaming license
