Job Title

Act as a liaison between property Finance leaders and Corporate Finance as it relates to non-gaming compliance matters for the Atlantic City region.

Reviews all available non-gaming outlet system reports to identify process breakdowns and other irregularities. Conducts periodic audits of non-gaming outlet cash impressments and variance policies. Ensures all cash handling personnel in non-gaming areas are properly established in the POS system. Ensures coupon settlement codes necessary for each property are requested to the Comp Authorize rs and set-up and tested upon receipt. Makes recommendations for improving the effectiveness of policies and practices through operational analysis and critique.

Keeps abreast of current trends and practices within area of responsibility and communicates pertinent information to subordinates and superiors. Assists with other corporate investigation functions as assigned. Leads assigned projects upon request. Have astute programming abilities with attention to detail and organization, excel experience in spreadsheets and cataloging preferred. Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.

Thorough understanding of company policy and procedures for all non-gaming locations. Effective communication and organizational skills. Thorough understanding of food and beverage knowledge and info genesis system. Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business. College degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred. Minimum of three years in Hospitality industry preferred.
