• Location: Atlantic City, New Jersey (08401) — Located on the beautiful Jersey Shore, Atlantic City is renowned for its vibrant community, lively boardwalk, coastal attractions, and entertainment options, making it an exciting place to live and work.
• Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) — LTAC nurse, long-term acute care RN

• Shift: 12-hour nights (3 shifts per week, 36 hours/week) — Night Shift RN

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New Jersey or compact multistate RN license preferred)
• BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
• Minimum of 1 year of bedside clinical experience (2 years highly desired)
• Experience in LTAC, long-term acute care, or similar acute/rehabilitation setting preferred
• Experience with ventilator/respiratory care, tracheostomy care, wound care, or enteral tube feedings is a plus

• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for LTAC patients
• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
• Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and collaborate on patient rehabilitation programs
• Initiate discharge planning and patient/family education from admission
• Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital policies and safety protocols
• Communicate changes in patient status to the care team and seek guidance for complex cases
• Provide direction and support to ancillary staff, fostering a positive team environment
• Maintain professional growth through continuing education and self-study
• Provide specialized LTAC care as needed, including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, wound care, and enteral feeding support
