- Shift: 12-hour nights (3 shifts per week, 36 hours/week) — Night Shift RN
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $1840-$1940/week
- On-Site Position
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (New Jersey or compact multistate RN license preferred)
- BLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
- ACLS Certification (required prior to first shift)
- Minimum of 1 year of bedside clinical experience (2 years highly desired)
- Experience in LTAC, long-term acute care, or similar acute/rehabilitation setting preferred
- Experience with ventilator/respiratory care, tracheostomy care, wound care, or enteral tube feedings is a plus
- Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans for LTAC patients
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and supervise LPNs, CNAs, and orientees
- Document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
- Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences and collaborate on patient rehabilitation programs
- Initiate discharge planning and patient/family education from admission
- Promote patient and employee safety by adhering to hospital policies and safety protocols
- Communicate changes in patient status to the care team and seek guidance for complex cases
- Provide direction and support to ancillary staff, fostering a positive team environment
- Maintain professional growth through continuing education and self-study
- Provide specialized LTAC care as needed, including ventilator management, tracheostomy care, wound care, and enteral feeding support
