Responsibilities

  • Deploy, configure, and install desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other end-user devices.
  • Support large-scale hardware refresh and desktop deployment projects.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 deployment, migration, and end-user support.
  • Configure and troubleshoot Windows workstations and Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Support Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.
  • Perform equipment staging, imaging, configuration, and deployment.
  • Manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including inventory, tracking, receiving, deployment, and retirement.
  • Coordinate logistics for equipment shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, peripheral, and connectivity issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of asset inventory, deployment activities, and support requests.
  • Work closely with project teams to ensure timely completion of deployment activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer support while maintaining established service levels.
  • Participate in after-hours deployments and maintenance activities as required.
Qualifications
  • Valid REAL ‑compliant driver's license or another federally accepted form of identification.
  • Experience supporting enterprise desktop environments.
  • Experience with Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) technologies such as VMware Horizon, Citrix, or similar platforms.
  • Experience performing large-scale hardware deployment, refresh, or migration projects.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 deployment or migration initiatives.
  • Knowledge of IT Asset Management processes and inventory control.
  • Experience coordinating IT logistics, equipment staging, shipping, and receiving.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and desktop hardware.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to crawl under desks, work around office furniture, and perform physical installation of equipment.
  • Ability to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays when project schedules require.
