DescriptionResponsibilities:
- Understands and responds to internal guests needs.
- Communicates in a friendly, respectful, and understandable manner.
- Politely gives consistent, timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.
- Uses outlined service behaviors when encountering guests.
- Meets expected service delivery times as defined by department’s service standards or as required by receiver of service or goods.
- Is a team player, cooperates with employees within the department as well as other departments.
- Speaks positively about the company, co-workers, and guests.
- Performs preventive maintenance on security and surveillance monitors, cameras, CCTV systems, and other related equipment.
- Maintains records and schedules related to daily routine.
- Completes special assignments as requested.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Diverse, fast-paced, deadline driven, multi-project coordination, prioritizing and flexing to accommodate last minute requests and changes.
- $31.45 Hourly

Qualifications Experience Required PreferredTroubleshooting cameras, recording equipment, network connectivity, and power issues.
Must be able to install, configure, and test IP and analog cameras.
Installation of Network Video Recorders, monitors, network equipment, and related hardware.
Must be proficient with cabling tools (terminating of both CAT5/CAT6 and BNC connections)
Skilled in low-voltage wiring, IP networking, and CCTV Hardware installation.
2-5 years’ experience in electronics operations equipment
Good communication skills, organizational ability, and judgement as well as the ability to direct and manage people.
Knowledge of the laws and regulations affecting the casino industry.
A broad knowledge of games and casino rules, procedures, and administration.
