• $100,000 Sign‑On Bonus
• $280,000+ Base Salary (Tiered structure; 5+ years’ experience starts at max tier)
• $10,000 Annual Quality Bonus
• $20/hr Shift Differential for nights and weekends
• $301,200+ Total Annual Value (Includes base, quality bonus, and employer retirement contributions)

• 4% Employer Match:
  Fully realized when you contribute at least 4%.
• 3‑Year Vesting: A clear path to full ownership of employer contributions.
• Dual Plan Access:
  Flexibility with both Roth and Pre‑Tax investment options.

• Maximum Time Off: 24‑hour shifts prioritized to allow for condensed work weeks.
