- Assist in gynecological surgeries, including robotic procedures, as part of a dynamic surgical team
- Support patients undergoing inpatient gynecological procedures
- Work alongside surgeons during operative cases, including robotic surgeries
- Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner/Oracle EMR
- Follow hospital protocols and safety standards in an inpatient setting
- Contribute to patient care plans and post-op care
Required:
- First Assist Certification with Robot proficiency
- RNP or PA license in New Jersey, clear of restrictions
- Minimum of 2 years of surgical experience, preferably in gynecology
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with robotic gynecological surgeries
- Familiarity with Cerner/Oracle EMR system
This role involves providing surgical first assist coverage in the inpatient gynecology surgery units at a well-established medical center. You will work directly with engaging surgical teams to support 2-6 surgeries per day, ensuring high-quality patient care. This is a great opportunity for an experienced advanced practice provider to contribute to meaningful surgical care in a vibrant community setting.
