- Licenses/Certifications: First Assist Certification with Robotic Surgery, BLS/ACLS (standard for NP/PA roles)
- Experience: Minimum required for surgical first assist in gynecology, robotics experience preferred
- Hourly Pay Rate: Paid hourly (rate to be discussed upon application)
- Pay Package: Competitive pay with weekly direct deposit

- Assist in robotic gynecological surgeries in an inpatient operating room
- Collaborate with surgeons during procedures as a first assist provider
- Provide high-quality patient care for adult patients
- Document procedures accurately within Cerner/Oracle EMR systems
- Support the surgical team to maintain a smooth workflow
- Adhere to safety protocols and surgical standards
- Valid First Assist Certification with Robotics experience
- NP or PA license in New Jersey (no licensing assistance needed)
- Prior experience in gynecological surgery, preferably robotic procedures
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, inpatient setting
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
