** THE JOB:
** As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating an unforgettable guest experience! You will showcase your expertise in menu items and drinks, and create a welcoming atmosphere with your friendly attitude.
** THE STARTING RATE:**$16.50 + Tips
** THE DAY-TO-DAY:
*** Make and serve both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, following recipes, and provide food service when needed.
* Clean bar equipment and ensure everything is in good condition and sanitary.
* Be knowledgeable about the menu, liquor brands, beers, and non-alcoholic options.
* Process drink orders, collect payment, and follow cash handling procedures, including preparing daily reports and paperwork.
* Maintain bar inventory, ensure stock levels are appropriate, and request supplies when needed.
** THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
*** Able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Working knowledge of liquors, wines, and other beverages
* 2+ years of prior relevant experience in a bar or similar environment.

** The rate for this role is:$16.50

This rate represents a good faith estimate of the wage rate that MGM reasonably expects to pay for the position upon hire.

Pay will not be below any applicable minimum wage.

Should overtime be worked, employees are paid overtime pay in accordance with state requirements.

Employees in this position are eligible to participate in medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) plans, and time off plans. Specific program offerings vary by eligibility factors such as geographic location, employment status, and union membership.
