Restaurant Busperson - Villain and Saint

About the Role

The Restaurant Busperson will clear, clean and reset tables according to procedures.

• Must maintain an adequate supply of fresh linens, china, silver, glassware, and other food service accessories; delivering food and beverage in an efficient manner; providing truly great service for our guests by anticipating needs and delivering friendly service with a smile.
• Adhere to established company and Departmental procedures, guidelines and policies at all times.
• Promote positive co-worker and guest interactions, maintain professionalism at all times while working with other employees, Departments, and guests.
• Maintain established company and Departmental uniform, appearance, and hygiene standards at all times.
• Completes all established set-up, stocking and closing duties on time.
• Cleans area under and around tables and hutches.
• Knows and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
• Must be able to lift and carry small and large trays and/or bus tubs weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Must be able to push/pull full bus carts, dish/glass dollies weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent GED is preferred.
