Golden Nugget - - Responsibilities:
Lead a diverse team while delivering high quality food;
Supervise line staff and the preparation of all foods;
Instruct kitchen personnel on food preparation to Golden Nugget specifications and plate presentation;
Maintains all kitchen operations to the Board of Health requirements;
Calls to line employees all orders placed by Food Servers and ensures that all orders come up together
