Job Description
  • The Retail Lead is responsible for assisting the Retail Managers with the day-to-day operations of all retail outlets, ensuring guest satisfaction, while contributing to the business growth and ensuring all standards are followed.
  • Markets retail merchandise to Guests
  • Stock and re-stock the Retail area to ensure an adequate inventory of all goods
  • Perform cash and/or credit transactions with Guests
  • Maintains current knowledge of rules, regulations, policies, and procedures-including precheck and cashiering procedures
  • Ensures Guest satisfaction with effective communication, customer assistance, direction, and information provided within company policies and guidelines
  • Promotes positive public/employee relations at all times
  • Maintains a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility
  • Continuously provides employees with verbal recognition, direction, and support.
  • Motivate employees daily by having a positive attitude and having an open line of communication
  • Trains and empowers employees to exercise good judgment to make decisions regarding guest service satisfaction by adhering to company training standards
  • Monitors/coaches employees on performance, compliance with procedures and workload.
  • Ensure employees follow safety, sanitation and security procedures.
  • Listens to comments, criticisms, and feedback from customers, employees and other managers to gain an understanding of areas of strength and opportunity to improve personal/retail performance.
  • Assists in opening & closing the retail store as needed.
  • Inspects product levels and storage areas to determine if enough product is on-hand; and to maintain proper storage.
  • Organize visual merchandise displays in order to increase foot traffic and sales.
  • Assist management with and helps prepare for retail inventory (when applicable).
  • Builds the business by thinking of new ways to help promote new programs that will help increase sales and profits.
  • Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • GED or High School degree required
  • 2-4 years of high volume retail supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of inventory, merchandising, and key holder experience
  • Proficiency communicating (speaking, reading, and writing) in English, bilingual preferred.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business

Pay Rate $19.00 an hour
