Associate Manager, Retail

The Associate Manager supports the General Manager in strategic planning and execution to drive profitable store performance. The role leads operational excellence, talent development, customer experience, and brand standards.

• Analyze business trends and support store initiatives to improve sales and profitability.
• Help create and deliver the store's client development strategy and lead community outreach.
• Recruit, coach, and develop team members in partnership with the General Manager.
• Manage store processes, inventory control, sales floor standards, and shrink goals.
• Promote new selling technologies, uphold company policies, and communicate business opportunities to leadership.

• Retail management or similar experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile specialty environment preferred.
• Strong communication, business acumen, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to build positive working relationships and deliver a customer-focused experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional overnight shifts or travel.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for extended periods and lift or climb up to 30 pounds.
