Security Officer Tropicana Atlantic

Job Duties

• Provides security and safety to the hotel/casino, all employees and guests of the hotel/casino complex.
• Provides guests with assistance and directions.
• Guards all transfers of monies and chips on the casino floor as well as the physical transportation of hopper fills, chip fills and credits.
• Operates card and dice destruction room.
• Monitors property/casino entrances, checks for underage gamblers and coordinates any suspicious activities with security management.
• Provides Family Style Service at all times.
• May perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous law enforcement or Security experience preferred.
• Must have keen observation and reporting skills.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have ability to obtain CPR certification.
• Valid NJ State Driver’s License preferred.
• Required to perform the customer service standards of the department.
• Knowledgeable of the Casino Control Act, as well as company and internal controls, policies and procedures.

$19.00 Per hour
