** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or delivery personnel by following Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies at the front desk.

+ Control access to the residential location by verifying identification, confirming authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining entry logs as required.

+ Monitor lobby activity and building systems such as cameras, intercoms, and access control to help to deter unauthorized entry and/or suspicious activity, and report concerns per post orders.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and resident requests in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting property management and/or emergency services when directed by procedures.

+ Complete shift reports and other required documentation, communicate notable events during turnovers, and support administrative tasks such as package handling and key or fob accountability as assigned.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.

+ Be at least 21 years of age.

+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

+ Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, which is preferred.

+ Have a state, county, or city issued security license, which is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
