Security Officer Access Control

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.;
Monitor front desk activity, manage visitor check-in and access documentation, and communicate with residents and building staff regarding approved entry and security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, resident inquiries, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues to building management and/or emergency services when appropriate.;
Observe lobby and entry areas for unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining a visible front desk presence and following post orders.;
Support daily operations by answering phones, receiving deliveries, maintaining required logs and reports, and sharing relevant security-related information with Allied Universal leadership and/or site contacts.
