As a part‑time Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients across a range of industries, including healthcare. You will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to deter incidents, and support patients, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. What You’ll Do:- Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, location‑specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to a healthcare location.
- Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations calmly, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.
- Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general questions, and report policy violations, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns to the appropriate personnel.
- Support a professional environment by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing assigned reports, logs, and other security‑related documentation.
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- A guard card or license is preferred.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
- Alarm panel experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Background investigation required.

- Drug screening required to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
