Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.;
Prepare accurate reports of incidents, unusual activities, and/or maintenance concerns and communicate relevant information to site contacts.
