Technician, Field Svc

Canon USA, a leader in technology, solutions, and services, is actively seeking a Field Service Technician. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service and efficient routine maintenance of Canon-supported products in line with Service and Parts Standards.

Southeast Jersey and surrounding areas.

• Report product failure trends and serviceability issues to management, providing accurate documentation and record keeping.
• Meet customer demands by providing efficient, responsive, and accurate field, shop, or on‑site maintenance.
• Maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property assigned.
• Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills.
• Maintain the performance of assigned machines.
• Facilitate performance at a level that helps achieve the branch/district’s overall metric targets.

This customer‑facing role may require compliance with customer policies and protocols, including mandatory COVID‑19 vaccination and related measures.

• High School diploma or equivalent experience required.
• Basic understanding of internet environments and ability to complete the 120‑day introductory period and PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new‑hire class.
• Ability to travel and hold a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Required to obtain security and/or other clearances needed to enter customers’ premises.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).

Salary: $19.00–25.49 per hour. This role is eligible for a transportation allowance.

Full‑time, on‑site presence required at assigned office(s) or worksite(s)/territory on scheduled work days.
